Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the Site Clinical Support and Program Developer. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
Natalie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She strives to help clients build upon their current strengths while gaining tools to be successful in all areas of life through personalized goals. She utilizes evidenced-based therapy, including but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, while stemming from an eclectic person-centered approach to meet the client’s specific goals and needs.
Her areas of work include, but are not limited to, those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, mood disorders, relationship issues, career transitions, self-care, domestic violence, communication issues and low self-esteem. Natalie includes art therapy in her interventions with clients and loves utilizing play therapy with children. When she is not helping clients, she loves to paint, exercise, be outside, travel, ride her bike and spend time with family.
