Jennifer is passionate about helping adults and adolescents overcome and recover from anxiety, depression, fears, and relationship issues. Jennifer has worked with people addressing self-esteem, emotional abuse, codependency and addiction recovery. Jennifer utilizes a variety of evidence based treatments including but not limited to Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Her focus is to assist and empower her clients to achieve a sense of balance, peace, and calm. Prior to becoming a therapist, Jennifer worked in Human Resources and Finance in the private sector for 15 years and enjoys assisting others develop and achieve vocational goals, life goals and stress management goals. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, photography, meditation and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer has a private practice in Cary and specializes in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, fears, relationship issues, addiction, emotional abuse, interpersonal effectiveness, and trauma.
