Candice is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix.

Candice has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a passion and love for working with children and helping people of all ages heal from trauma. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people heal from trauma. She also incorporates other evidence-based therapy modalities, including but not limited to play therapy, filial therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing and person-centered therapy. Her areas of work include, but are not limited to helping those with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, relationship challenges, adoption needs, and attachment work. Outside of work time, Candice also loves to go running, do yoga, ride her bike, rollerblade, cook, and most of all spend time with her six children, often doing these activities with them.
