Brooke Cerak
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
Brooke graduated from East Carolina University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. She enjoys helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. She has experience seeing individuals, families, and couples as well as children, adolescents, and adults. Brooke utilizes several modalities in therapy, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Brooke is passionate about helping people from a solution-oriented approach and believes that we already have what we need to solve our own problems, we just sometimes need help accessing these skills. Sometimes people become caught up in problem talk and are unable to find a way out, but Brooke loves to help a client learn how to shift their thinking to a more positive light. Her goal is to encourage and support clients as they learn new ways of viewing the world, their relationships, and themselves.
